These terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, outline the agreement between you and Insightner regarding your use of our services, subject to the prevailing laws of India.
Alteration of the Advertised Package
Insightner strives to deliver services as per the package or agenda advertised. However, certain elements of the package or agenda may be altered or dates changed if deemed necessary, with reasonable cause, and after consultation with the Client. Insightner will make reasonable efforts to organize events at suitable venues or online platforms, and on the proposed dates. Changes in event dates will be communicated via email, and if a change is made without prior communication, the Client will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation by Client
- Within 48 hours of booking: A full credit note equal to the total amount paid will be issued, provided the event date is more than 30 days away.
- After 48 hours of booking: A 50% credit note will be issued if the event is over 30 days away.
- Within 30 days of the event: No credit note will be issued for cancellation.
- If the Client does not request a cancellation and does not attend, no credit note will be issued. Outstanding payment will remain due.
Limitation of Liability
Insightner is not liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from this agreement or the services provided, including, but not limited to, lost profits or damages paid by the Client to third parties.
Privacy and Data Protection
By attending an event, the Client agrees that Insightner may use any materials (photographic, audio, or video) recorded at the event for promotional purposes, without any time limitation. The Client waives any rights to privacy in relation to this material. Data collected will be used only for logistical and communication purposes related to the event and will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the event.
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, including acts of terrorism, war, or natural disaster, Insightner will not be liable for any losses incurred. A new event date will be scheduled within six months, and participation will be transferred. If unable to attend the rescheduled event, a credit note will be issued. A refund may be requested if the event is rescheduled beyond six months, processed within 30 days of the request.
Postponement of Event
If Insightner postpones an event for reasons other than force majeure, it will be rescheduled within six months. If the Client cannot attend, a full credit note will be issued. If rescheduled after six months, a full refund may be requested.
Cancellation of Event
In the event Insightner cancels an event, a full refund will be provided within 30 business days. No further compensation will be payable.
Miscellaneous
This agreement between Insightner and the Client is the sole and exclusive agreement governing participation. Changes to these terms require written consent from an authorized representative of Insightner. All notices or communications shall be sent via email and will be deemed received upon delivery. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Unless otherwise stated, Insightner owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You are permitted to access this material for personal use, subject to the following restrictions:
